Could you please cancel the transfer that will
not be authorized and place my money back in the account so that I can purchase
another domain name. I seem to be answering questions that you already have
answers to, so here is a copy of all your support tickets. After initially
paying I thought that if I waited your transfer time would expire and you would
put the money back in my account.

I was sent an email to renew a name. It looked urgent, I thought it was about
to expire. So I paid quickly. Then I found that I was sent an email to provide
transfer authorization. By receiving your email I thought the name was through
you. I will not transfer the name to you. I actually lost a very important
domain right in busy season just because a renewal did not take place after
being paid for. I have tried to cancel this transfer, but don't know how. If I
had paid with Pay Pal, I would have let them dispute it, but I paid with VISA.
If I could get the money back in my account I would just buy another name.

You sent me a request to renew my name (baitcam.com). You said it was about to
expire. So with out looking into it further I paid the required price quickly
because I did not want to lose the name. I went back to my account only to find
that you were now asking for transfer authorization. Each ticket I send gets
closed always asking for something that you already know but leaving me no way
to respond. How long does this go on? I obviously can not send you the payment
receipt because it was a “Do not reply” email. You know the money is in my
account because there is an active transfer that I did not request and can not
stop. Please cancel the transfer and put the money back in my account so that I
can at least purchase a different name. I am going to try at least to cut and
paste the contents of the receipt you sent me. I realize that it does not list
baitcam.com but that is because your payment reply did not.

In October of 2007 you sent me an urgent notice that my domain baitcam.com was
about to expire. You were my only trusted name provider until your company had
problems and I had to switch providers for a time until name DNS’s could be
readily accessed through your site again. Since you had been one of my two
trusted name providers, when the notice came I renewed immediately not wanting
any delays. I paid and then found that you did not even have the name, you
requested a transfer code. It was one of the names that I had had to transfer
out to be able to use. I have repeatedly asked you to cancel the transfer and
place the money back in my account so that I could at least purchase another
name, but you will not. You keep sidestepping, asking for name of domain, proof
of purchase, or transfer code. You have received what you ask each time except
for transfer code, which you will never receive. I have purchased names since
then, which could have been through you, but were not. I don’t want all my
names with one company so that in case something happens as did with your
company I have options. Until I can try you and prove that you are again
trustworthy I would be silly to transfer a name back to you that I had to
transfer away to be able to use during your time of difficulty. You already
have $10.41 of my money, which if you cancel the transfer and put back into my
account will be used to purchase a name and start to rebuild a relationship.
The only reason I can see that you would not do so is that you, knowing yourselves,
realize that I, as you, would not be satisfied with the level of service I
received and would just transfer that name away also. If you have no intention
of honoring this request, please let me know and cancel this account and do not
send me any future emails. Thank you very much for your consideration.
